miguel Former Las Cruces City Councillor and recent mayoral candidate Miguel Silva has died. Las Cruces Mayor Ken Miyagishima, Silva’s opponent in the 2015 election, confirmed Silva died and said he was told it was an “unattended death,” but did not have any more information.
