Missing Jesse Garcia pic The body of a 28-year-old Las Cruces man missing since April 17 was located and positively identified as that of Jesse Robert Garcia. Garcia’s body was located May 31 in an undeveloped desert area east of Las Cruces. The body, unidentifiable at the time, was located by a hiker who reported the finding to law enforcement.
