Regional homebuilder Hakes Brothers has opened The Trails at Metro 2, which features “an innovative line of cost-effective homes to meet growing demand from home buyers,” the Las Cruces-based company said in a news release.
The new community is located adjacent to The Trails at Metro 1 in northeast Las Cruces.
“Situated in a master-planned community with mountain views and several neighborhood parks, The Trails at Metro 2 features six single-story home designs of 1,366-2,180 square feet,” the news release said. “The floor plans include three-five bedrooms, two-3.5 bathrooms, and two- or three-car garages.
“As the market continues to fluctuate, we recognized an affordability niche that was not being met here in Las Cruces,” said Hakes Brothers Rio Grande Division President Niel Campbell. “Given the popularity of The Trails at Metro 1, this was the ideal place to meet that need.”
