Among 80 entries submitted, this photo of the Organ Mountains and surrounding desert by Las Cruces photographer David Turning won the “2020 Picture that Pass” photo contest sponsored by the Bureau of Land Management Las Cruces District office. The photo will adorn the annual BLM Recreation Pass for 2020, which goes on sale in January at the district office, 1800 Marquess St.
