A Children’s Theatre of the Mesilla Valley (ACT) has upcoming performances of “Clue The Movie” and “Luchadora!”

“Clue The Movie” is ACT’s first ever cast production, with performances at 7 p.m. Friday-Saturday, April 21-22. The movie, a 1985 comedy, stars Eileen Brennan, Tim Curry, Madeline Kahn, Cristopher Lloyd, Michael McKean, Martin Mull and Lesley Ann Warren.

Watch ACT’s young and talented actors as they mimic all the great fun in Clue the movie. The directors are RGT Interim Theatre Manager Topher Lininger and ACT Executive Director Sue Rexroth.

The production is not available for streaming.

“Luchadora!” by Alvaro Saar Rios will be performed at 7 p.m. Friday, April 28, and at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 29.

Luchadora! is a tale of two Hispanic teenage girls finding their way in the world of Lucha Libre, ACT said. The directors are Jazmin Buchman and Bianca Castro, one of the stars of Las Cruces Community Theatre’s recent production of “Matilda.”

All performances are at Rio Grande Theatre, 211 N. Main St. downtown.

Tickets for all performances are $10 if purchased online at www.achildrenstheatre.org/ticket-purchase or $12 at the door. Recorded streaming tickets for “Luchadora!” only are $15 for individuals and $30 for families.
