Arista Development of Las Cruces received five awards in the Las Cruces Home Builders Association’s (LCHBA) 2020 Showcase of Homes, Arista said in a news release.
Arista swept the Tier 2 award category, which included homes listed at $300,000-$500,000, winning awards for their newest model, the Barndominium, that included best curb appeal, kitchen, interior and outdoor living space and most innovative.
Arista’s said the Barndominium “features timeless but modern architecture, which has the appearance of an aged country barn that has been converted into a modern living space.”

This year’s Showcase of Homes was originally scheduled to take place last spring, the news release said. but was postponed until mid-November because of public health orders. LCHBA decided to cancel the in-person event and instead provided virtual tours of featured homes.
