Las Cruces clay artist Jan Archey, far right, was one of four artists participating in a successful Back Yard Art Sale, held Saturday, June 5 at the Las Cruces home of fellow clay artist Vickie Morrow, who also participated in the sale, along with Kathy Baker and Lisa Carlson. Items for sale included inlaid-tile tables, jewelry, baskets, mugs, dinnerware, sculpture, planters, gourd art, art made from found objects and much more. Carlson said the event attracted many visitors and resulted in a lot of sales for the participating artists.
