THOMAS BRANIGAN MEMORIAL LIBRARY

Branigan Library starts mystery book group

Posted

If you love a good mystery novel, Thomas Branigan Memorial Library has the group for you.

The library has started a mystery book group called Murderous Reads.

Each month, participants in the group will be invited to read any, or as many, books as they wish from the library’s featured mystery series. The group will then gather on Zoom to chat about the books at 3:30 p.m. the third Wednesday of the month. That will be Wednesdays, June 16, July 21, Aug. 18, Sept. 15, Oct. 20, Nov. 17 and Dec. 15.

For June, the group is reading from author Julia Spencer-Fleming’s Clare Fergusson series. In July, Sue Henry’s Maxie and Stretch series will be featured. Future authors include Laura Levin and Joanne Fluke.

For information and Zoom invitations, send an email to dduffy@las-cruces.org.
