Las Cruces Public Schools security officer Luis Ruiz helps as staff at Conlee Elementary School distribute breakfast and lunch to students on a drive-up basis. Las Cruces Public Schools implemented distribution points at multiple schools. All meals are prepared to grab and go, in compliance with state and federal health guidelines to reduce the risk of contagion. School-age children must be present in order for the driver to receive the meals.
