Burke Insurance Group continues its streak

Burke Insurance Group, LLC (BIG) retains its Best Practices status for the 18^th consecutive year, retaining its part of an elite group of independent insurance agencies around the United States. This status comes by participating in the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA) Best Practices Study group. The annual survey of leading independent insurance agencies documents the business practices of the best agencies and urges others to adopt similar practices.

Participation in the Best Practices Study is recognition of the accomplishments within the top insurance agencies in each of the six revenue-size categories studied.

In 2019, which marked the start of a new three-year cycle, more than 1,000 agencies were nominated and 267 qualified for the study group.

BIG was founded in 1980 and offers commercial insurance products from several different companies, including The Cincinnati Insurance Companies, Westfield Insurance and United Fire Group.

Founded in 1896, IIABA is the nation’s oldest and largest national association of independent insurance agents and brokers, representing more than 25,000 agency locations united under the Trusted Choice brand.
