The Las Cruces-based professional string ensemble Camerata Del Sol will present “Fall Symposium and Benefit Concert,” 1-2:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10. Ensemble Executive Director Amalia Zeitlin and Artistic Director Daniel Vega-Albela will host the event and will have conversations with guests Simón Gollo and Ray Arreola of the Las Cruces Youth Orchestra (LCYO) and NMSU instructor and Camerata Del Sol principal violist Julio Campos. The fundraiser will be held on behalf of LCYO to provide virtual individual and group instruction by members of Camerata Del Sol to students enrolled in after-school programs.
