Posted

Bulletin report

Thousands of country music fans – and others who just like a plain, old good time – will descend on Downtown Las Cruces Friday, April 29 and Saturday, April 30 for the fourth annual Las Cruces Country Music Festival.

Las Cruces natives Bri Bagwell and Josh Grider will perform as will Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Rick Trevino, Lee Ann Womack, David Nail, Cam and Aaron Watson.

Grider will host the festival’s salute to local musicians on Friday night and Bagwell will be the host on Saturday night.

Gates open at 4 p.m. each day.

Last year’s festival drew about 5,000 people each night. For more information about the festival, visit www.lascrucescountrymusic.com.
