DACC Radiology Program Continues Accreditation

Posted

The radiologic-technology program at Doña Ana Community College (DACC) has been granted accreditation for another eight years.

DACC received accreditation for its traditional delivery in radiologic technology. The accreditation comes from the Joint Review Committee on Education in radiologic technology.

The radiologic-technology program of DACC was one of the first programs offered at DACC and has been fully accredited since 1975. Each graduating student in the program receives an associate’s degree in applied science in radiologic technology.

Technologists work alongside nurses, physicians and other health-care professionals in providing care to patients.
