Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Chapter 10 will hold its 20th annual fundraiser at Golden Corral from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. daily, Sunday, Nov. 1-Wednesday, Nov. 11, which is Veteran’s Day.
Funds raised help veterans by providing transportation to Veterans Administration (VA) medical appointments and assistance with filing for VA claims and benefits at both the federal and state levels.
The annual fundraiser is normally a one-day event, but COVID-19 restrictions have forced organizers and Golden Corral to modify the event and spread it out across several days.
In addition, during the entire month of November, Golden Corral will offer one free meal and drink to all active-duty military members and veterans, redeemable between Nov. 1 and May 31, 2021.
