Oct. 28 was National First Responders Day, and Electronic Caregiver (ECG) of Las Cruces took burritos and doughnuts to first responders at a number of emergency-response departments in Las Cruces that day, including AirMethods at Las Cruces International Airport/Native Air, the Doña Ana County Sheriff’s Office, Las Cruces Fire Station No. 1, the Las Cruces Police Department and the New Mexico State University Fire Department. “We hope to make this an annual tradition,” said ECG Public Relations Associate Alexia Severson.
