Basketball and wrestling fans will once again be welcome inside facilities at Las Cruces Public Schools, following today’s green designation in the state’s reopening framework.
According to Ernie Viramontes, Executive Director of Athletics at LCPS, 25 percent of indoor capacity at all school gymnasiums will be allowed and 50 percent will be allowed outdoors for all spring sports. Tickets are $5 for basketball, wrestling, baseball and softball and will be available at the games one hour before events start.
Viramontes said masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
