LA CASA

La Casa benefits from chiropractic donation

Posted

Precure Chiropractic in Las Cruces has donated $7,560 to La Casa Inc., the only domestic-violence shelter in Las Cruces.

The check was presented Thursday Sept. 10. The money was raised through the “Give Back Movement," which is a national chiropractic awareness program that provides in-office wellness checks and free spinal screenings with the mission of giving back to a local charity.

During the free wellness events, a "gift of health certificate" is given to participants, allowing them to get their new-patient appointment for $40. Once redeemed, that money is then donated. From June of last year to May 2020, 189 gifts of health certificates were collected.

“Giving back is important to us,” said Michael Precure, owner of Precure Chiropractic. “We not only want to make it more affordable for people to come in and get treatment, but we also wanted to make a difference in the community. La Casa seemed like the perfect charity to choose.”
Precure Chiropractic specializes in correcting misalignments.

“Our goal is to ensure that your spine and the rest of your body are working harmoniously. This is achieved through spinal adjustments and other therapies,” Precure said.
