The Las Cruces Pan American Round Table (LCPART) invited its spring and fall 2021 scholarship recipients to LCPART’s Dec. 18 Christmas luncheon. Emilee Josiah Montoya, a New Mexico State University senior majoring in agricultural biology and anthropology, was LCPART’s spring scholarship recipient. Enya Yamileth Morales, an NMSU senior majoring in dance in the College of Education, was the fall recipient. LCPART was established in Las Cruces in 1931 and is part of an international organization promoting mutual knowledge, understanding and friendship among the women of the Americas, said LCPART Scholarship Committee Chair Anna Mejia Chieffo.
