The Cat’s Meow will host the Pawsitively Purrfest fundraiser 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Thursday, June 16, at Salud! de Mesilla, 1800 Avenida de Mesilla.
If you mention “The Cat’s Meow at Salud! during those hours on that day, Salud! will donate 10 percent of your meal and beverage sales to the Cat’s Meow Resource and Adoption Center. That includes takeout, The Cat’s Meow said in an email message.
The event will include live music and a silent auction, which will be held 5-8 p.m.
Reservations are recommended.
The Cat’s Meow also welcomes the donation of cat food. Here’s what they need: Natural Balance Green Pea and Chicken and Green Pea and Salmon, Rachel Ray's Nutrish Chicken and Rice, 4Health All Life Stages, Science Diet Kitten dry food, Fancy Feast canned food Classic Pates, Ocean whitefish and tuna,
