‘Singin’ in the Rain’ opens Jan. 21 at Rio Grande Theatre

Tickets are now on sale for Blank Conversations Theatre Company of Las Cruces’ upcoming production of “Singin’ in the Rain.”

“Singin’ in the Rain” will be performed at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Jan. 21-22 and 28-29, and at 1 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 23 and 30, at Rio Grande Theatre, 211 N. Main St. Downtown.

Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for students with ID. Tickets are available online and at the door.

The story was written by Betty Comden and Adolph Green, lyrics by Arthur Freed and music by Nacio Herb Brown, who was born in Deming, New Mexico.

The cast includes Timothy Wilbur, Alyssa Gose, Collin Duffey, Reagan Szulc, Mario Nuñez, Myles Ingram, Reagan Warren, Penny Pane, Chad Gonzalez, Skyler VA, Stephen Miller, Carter Chamberlin, Evan Ince, Kareli Melendrez, Lily Ybarra, Thahec Arreola, Steven Cousler, Madeline Medina, Kimberly Burgos, Andrea Florez, Luz Resendez, Hannah Valdez, Anjuli Kvamme, Brandon Hoffman, Ali Shirsat, Karina Diven, Elia Vasquez and Caden Mitchell.

Blank Conversations’ production is directed by Christopher Lininger, with Brianna Miranda serving as stage manager; assistant stage managers Roxi Garcia, Steven Cousler and Kaylin Berglund; costume  designer (and former Las Cruces Bulletin writer) Susie Ouderkirk; choreographers Felicia Gonzales and Brianna Horvath; wardrobe supervisor Sadie Carvlin; light board operator Mattie Arminer; flymen Alex Miller and John Schwendinger; stage crew members Ashyre Rexroth, Hunter Campbell, Elton DeFrance and Joshua Jackson; and costume crew Eva Cullen, Anjelica Lucio and Jensen Stell.
