VOTE

Third party voter registration forms arriving soon

Posted

The Doña Ana County Clerk’s Office is advising voters that The Voter Participation Center (VPC) and The Center for Voter Information (CVI) will be mailing voter registration forms to more than 31,000 registered voters in Doña Ana County during the month of September.

While these forms did not originate from the Doña Ana County Clerk’s Office, they will be processed in accordance with state statute if they are completed and returned. However, voters may instead choose to update or review their voter registration online at NMVote.org.

If any recipient wants to be removed from these organizations’ mailing lists, each letter has a code that the voter can use to request removal. The code should be sent to unsubscribe@voterparticipation.org and unsubscribe@centerforvoterinformation.org. Additionally, voters may call 877-255-6750 (VPC) and 866-290-1599 (CVI) to contact the organizations directly.

The deadline to register to vote or update a voter registration by mail or online is October 6th. However, in-person registration immediately prior to voting is available at all eight early voting locations October 6th through October 31st.
