Wounded Warriors car show will shine on Sept. 20

The Sixth Annual Wounded Warrior Car Show will go on as planned Sunday, Sept. 20 at Sonoma Ranch Plaza, 141 Roadrunner Pkwy.

Entrants and vendors can arrive as early as 7 a.m. before the event opens to the public at 9 a.m. The show ends at 2 p.m.

The show will feature vintage vehicles, as well as new cars and motorcycles. Each entry fee is $25, which is the same fee for vendors. Both entry spaces and vendor spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cash prizes will be awarded for various categories. Music will be provided by Randy Lynch, who will play primarily 50s and 60s hits, as well as selected country music.

The event will open with a flag ceremony and morning prayer, followed by raffles and other special events. No alcohol will be allowed on the event site.

The event, sponsored by Premier Distributing Company, benefits all combat wounded warriors of all wars, as well as veterans and first responders.
