Celebrating Diez y Seis de Septembre, aka Mexican Independence Day, in Mesilla, Las Cruces Public Schools ENLACE Southern New Mexico program students are ready for their parade adventure. Their float earned first place designation in the parade. ENLACE is a statewide educational initiative designed to strengthen the educational pipeline and increase opportunities for Latinos to enter and complete college.
