The new Casa de Peregrinos building, 999 W. Amador Ave., is directly in front of the old building, and includes a new roadway connecting Amador Avenue with the Mesilla Valley Community of Hope (MVCH) campus.

Funding for the new building includes $168,458 in state capital projects funds, $3.83 million in state legislative appropriations and $3.75 million from the city of Las Cruces Telshor Fund.
