Celebrating athletic trainers for youth

Dear Editor,

 I am writing to advocate for the recognition of athletic trainers in our community as part of the nominations for the Bulletin’s Best awards. Athletic trainers in the Mesilla Valley often go unrecognized for their dedication and hard work in taking care of the people in various settings such as schools, clinics, hospitals and even in the military.

 These unsung heroes play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our community members, especially those involved in sports and physical activities. Their expertise in injury prevention, assessment and rehabilitation is invaluable, and their commitment to keeping individuals safe and healthy should not go unnoticed.

Recognizing their contributions will not only shed light on the important work they do but also inspire others to appreciate the crucial role they play in our community.
