The City of Las Cruces Parks and Recreation Department will host the second annual Father/Daughter Dinner Dance, 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 25 at Frank O’Brien Papen Community Center, 304 W. Bell Ave.

This year’s theme is “Ties and Tiaras.”

Girls ages 5-12-years old are invited to spend a special evening with their father, grandfather or that special man in their lives, the city said.

The registration fee is $35 per couple and $10 for an additional sibling.

“Ties and Tiaras promises the experience of extraordinary, long-lasting memories,” the news release said. “Dinner, entertainment, photo booth and parting gift for the girls are included in this magical night.”

Dinner dance registration goes through Feb. 18. The minimum and maximum number of couples allotted to register is 30, the city said. If that number is not met, the event will be canceled and those registered will be contacted and provided a refund.
