Community college culinary arts lunches offered through May 4

Posted

Doña Ana Community College culinary arts students are offering weekly lunches to the public, 11 a.m.-noon every Tuesday and Thursday through Thursday, May 4, DACC said in a news release.

The cost is $15 (cash or check only).

The three-course meal includes appetizer, entrée with side and dessert.

Lunches can be picked up (no dine in) at the East Mesa campus, 2800 Sonoma Ranch Blvd.

The DACC Culinary Arts Program trains students in state-of-the-art laboratories as chefs, pastry chefs, cooks and bakers, DACC said. Professional chefs, certified with the American Culinary Federation, teach and train students for careers in the food service and hospitality fields.
