County GOP holds pre-primary ward caucuses

The Republican Party of Doña Ana County is holding pre-primary ward caucuses next week, electing delegates for the county GOP convention. The causes, organized by ward, take place over four days as follows, per a news release from the party:

• Wards 33 and 34: Monday, Jan. 22
• Wards 35 and 36: Tuesday, Jan. 23
• Wards 37 and 38: Wednesday, Jan. 24
• Wards 52 and 53: Thursday, Jan. 25

Each day’s caucuses will commence at 6 p.m. at the Las Cruces Gospel Rescue Mission, 1050 W. Amador Avenue in Las Cruces.

The 2024 pre-primary county convention will be held at 8 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 27, at the Cineport 10 cinema, 700 S. Telshor Blvd.
