Doña Ana Community College professor Laura De La Cruz, Ph.D., has been named a regional recipient of the 2023 Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) Teaching Excellence Award, DACC said in a news release. De La Cruz is DACC Business and Hospitality Services Department chair. The award annually recognizes those who exemplify teaching excellence in the classroom. With this national recognition, De La Cruz is a candidate for the council’s international teaching award, DACC said. She will be honored at the ACBSP Conference, which will be June 29-July 2 in Chicago.
