Doña Ana District Attorney’s Office available by appointment only

March 18, 2020 | Las Cruces, NM— As of March 23, 2020 the Doña Ana County Government Center will close to the public, the District Attorney’s Office will still have Limited Public Access. The Doña Ana District Attorney’s Office will remain open by appointment only, so that we may continue to fulfill our constitutional and statutory duties. We are limiting all in-person contact as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of our employees and our clients.   Our doors will be closed to all general walk-in traffic, if you have questions, or business with our office you can do any of the following:

• Telephone: (575) 524-6370 and (575) 647-8553 to set an appointment, speak with an attorney or victims advocate and any other questions. 

These measures will ensure the continued operation of our office - working to uphold the laws of New Mexico in a manner that protects its citizens.
