DOWNTOWN LAS CRUCES PARTNERSHIP

Downtown group seeks local input

Posted

The Downtown Las Cruces Partnership (DLCP) has launched a comprehensive community survey “aimed at gathering valuable feedback and insights from all residents, visitors and stakeholders,” the nonprofit said in a news release.

“DLCP believes in the power of collective voices and diverse perspectives,” said DLCP Executive Director Jennifer Garcia Kozlowski. “By participating in this survey, community members can play a direct role in the revitalization and growth of downtown Las Cruces. We invite and encourage all individuals to take this opportunity and share their valuable feedback. Your insights will help shape the future of our downtown and ensure that it caters to the evolving interests and needs of everyone."

The survey is “a vital tool for gathering community input” about a vibrant downtown area, and also helps DLCP fulfill its mission “to enhance and promote the economic and cultural vitality of downtown,” the news release said.

Survey topics include public safety, parking availability, cleanliness, transportation, infrastructure, local businesses, events, cultural programs and much more, DLCP said. It takes 10-15 minutes to complete and can be accessed online at www.surveymonkey.com/r/62JB2HD.

The anonymous responses DLCP receives to the survey will be used “to formulate actionable goals and strategies,” DLCP said.
