Las Cruces Real Estate Brokers Laurel Brandi & April Hernandez of New Mexico Properties will host a free first-time homebuyer's workshop at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 20, at the Las Cruces Association of Realtors event hall, 150 Idaho Avenue in Las Cruces.
This workshop is free and open to anyone who has questions about the homebuying process in Las Cruces.
“If it’s your first time venturing into the housing market, you may be intimidated by taking on such an important transaction,” Brandi stated in a news release. “To help Las Cruces buyers get started on their journey to homeownership, we wanted to put a workshop together at no cost with lots of resources to get people started.”
