KITTY GLITTER JEWELRY

Kitty Glitter jewelry sale is Oct. 14-15

What’s better than a Kitty Glitter jewelry sale? A premium sale for yourself and for holiday gift-giving, said Kitty Glitter Coordinator Jackye Meineke.

The sale will be held 5-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 14 (“Best Choice Friday”), and 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, at Griggs and Reymond House, 504 W. Griggs Ave. A $10 donation is requested for the Friday event. There is no donation requested for the Saturday event.

“The finest quality of gently used jewelry and small gifts will be featured,” Meineke said.

Hundreds of pieces of jewelry will be available, she said, and credit cards and cash are accepted.

Kitty Glitter is hosted by Project Save a Kitten, which donates proceeds to local nonprofit cat rescues and others dedicated to spaying/neutering, adopting and transporting cats and kittens, Meineke said.

Jewelry and small decorative items may be donated at your convenience during store hours at Better Life Pet Food, 315 S. Telshor Blvd.

You can also make a donation to the fundraiser. Make a check out to Cat's Meow Adoption and Resource Center, put "Kitty Glitter" in the memo line and mail it to P.O. Box 3166, Las Cruces, N.M. 88003.
