Certified public accounting firm Beasley, Mitchell & Co. will acquire well-known Las Cruces CPA firm, Schwalm, Martos, & Co., Jan. 1, 2024, Beasley, Mitchell said in a news release.
“Our goal has always been to provide our clients with exceptional, quality client services, allowing
our clients and our firm to prosper, and all of us to enjoy the journey,” said Beasley, Mitchell Managing Partner Brad Beasley. “We are excited about the opportunities this partnership brings and we are eager to embark on this new chapter.”
Schwalm, Martos & Co. was founded in 1992, and is currently located at 560 N. Water St. in downtown Las Cruces.
The principles that have guided both firms – integrity, dedication and exceptional client service – remain unchanged, the news release said. Beasley, Mitchell “will continue to operate with the same dedication and commitment, but with a broader range of capabilities and resources.”
Beasley, Mitchell said, “We are pleased to add Myrle Schwalm, Manny Martos, Weston Jensen, Hugo Terrazas and the rest of the Schwalm, Martos & Co. team to the Beasley, Mitchell & Co. family.”
Beasley, Mitchell operates in Las Cruces, Albuquerque, El Paso and Tucson.
