LCSO ‘Sunset’ event coming

Tickets are now on sale for “The Symphony at Sunset,” Las Cruces Symphony Orchestra’s (LCSO) “outdoor dining experience that will include LCSO Director Ming Luke and a 24-piece orchestra playing before, during and after the dinner.

The dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, at Picacho Hills Country Club, 6861 Via Campestre.

Tickets are $100 per person, with a cash bar. Seating will be limited to 200.

The dinner will include “fine Italian fare,” LCSO said, the musical performance, roving violinists and a spectacular view of the City of Las Cruces.

The dinner will be “an entirely immersive experience,” said LCSO Association Board of Directors member Scott Lucas, as attendees can mingle throughout the event with Ming Luke and orchestra members.

Reservations are required for the dinner.
