Posted

The Association Women’s Group, a local organization of women in business, hosted its second annual Girls Leveling Up conference last week, bringing 250 young women in the Las Cruces Public Schools together with local women in leadership and business to discuss personal and professional growth.

Per a news release, the March 28 conference featured discussions on financial literacy, professional success, generational interaction, healthy relationships and “protecting one’s personal brand.”

Sumer Rose-Nolen, the Association’s CEO and cofounder, stated in a news release, "Our aim with the Girls Leveling Up Conference is to equip them with the tools and knowledge needed to navigate the complexities of life and career, empowering them to reach their full potential and to see themselves in the women who present."
