The Las Cruces Public Libraries will bring crafts and games to Albert Johnson Park Saturday, Dec. 16, in front of the Thomas Branigan Memorial Lobby at 200 E. Picacho Avenue.
The “Frost Fair” invites the public, young and old, to make snowflakes, decorate a cookie cookbook and participate in other activities from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
