The 49th annual Renaissance ArtsFaire includes an Art History Challenge that is open to “all creative minds to recreate Renaissance paintings (14th-17th century) using household items,” the Doña Ana Arts Council said in a news release.
To participate, simply photograph your version of a Renaissance painting and submit it to manager@daarts. Include an image of the original painting so challenge judges can compare the two.
All images will be featured on DAAC social media pages.
To is no entry fee to participate.
Entries will be accepted through Nov. 5.
