Some Las Cruces Democrats are putting their support for presidential candidate Hillary Clinton front and center.

Mayor Ken Miyagishima, Sen. Joseph Cervantes, Rep. Bill McCamley and Democratic Committeewoman Joni Gutierrez will join supporters, volunteers and community members to open a Las Cruces organizing office for the group “Hillary for New Mexico.”

The official opening is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. at 114 S. Water St.

Miyagishima, Cervantes, McCamley and Gutierrez will discuss why they support the former first lady and secretary of state.
