Cruces Creatives is asking people to vote for one of two mural design options that voters can then help paint.
Whichever design wins, it will be created in a paint-by-numbers community mural event to be held Oct. 20-22 at Cruces Creatives, 205 E. Lohman Ave. The mural will be painted on the Cruces Creatives’ west wall, “near the southern entrance to downtown Las Cruces,” the nonprofit makerspace said in its Aug. 9 newsletter.
Voting ends Thursday, Aug. 31.

Cruces Creatives is sponsoring the design contest with support from AARP and the Devasthali Family Foundation Fund at the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico.
