Crime Stoppers of Las Cruces and Doña Ana County is seeking the public’s help in identifying a male suspect involved in an incident that occurred on at about 10:45 p.m. on February 9, 2025.
The incident took place on the south sidewalk in the 600 block of W. Picacho Avenue.
Authorities are looking to identify a male subject who was accompanied by a medium-sized dog with medium to long black fur, white markings, and a black right ear. The individual is believed to reside in the surrounding area and is wanted in connection with negligent use of a deadly weapon and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
A cash reward of up to $1,000 is available for information leading to an arrest. Anyone with information is urged to report anonymously through Crime Stoppers of Las Cruces and Doña Ana County by calling 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), using the P3 Tips mobile app or by visiting NMCrimeStoppers.org. All tips remain 100% anonymous.
