The Las Cruces Police Department has released photos of a vehicle they believe was involved in the fatal shooting of a 14-year-old boy in an apparent road rage incident on June 2.

The shooting — which occurred at the Spruce Avenue and Solano Drive intersection — claimed the life of Alejandro Roman who was sitting in the back seat of his car.

Investigators believe that the shooter was a male and was driving a white Honda Odyssey or a similar car during the shooting.

Information can be shared anonymously through the Crime Stopper number at (800) 222-8477. In addition, tips can be provided through the Las Cruces Crime Stoppers app, “P3 TIPS.” The app is available on most devices.
