Shannon, a freshman at Arrowhead Park Early College High School, first discovered her entrepreneurial spark through a school program three years ago. She and her sisters, who attend Virtual Learning Academy, combined their shared love of creativity — drawing, painting, singing, and writing — with a simple idea: why not use their 3D printer to create products for the community?
That idea quickly became Happy Prints, a growing business specializing in articulated 3D-printed toys and keychains. From small, quick prints that take just minutes, to larger, detailed designs that can take up to 24 hours, each piece reflects their patience, teamwork, and dedication.
Beyond their business, each sister has big dreams. Shannon hopes to become an architect or civil engineer, Lilly dreams of being a chef, and Rose aspires to be a veterinarian. Together, they’re already building valuable skills that will support those futures.
Motivated by creativity and the excitement of bringing ideas to life, the sisters continue to grow their business and share their work with others. As Shannon puts it, “The best things in life are the things that you are proud of—and to be proud, you must work hard.”
With passion, perseverance, and plenty of imagination, these sisters are proving that big things can start small — and grow together.
Meet the creative sister trio behind Happy Prints: Shannon (14), and Lilly and Rose (12). These young entrepreneurs are turning imagination into innovation with their unique 3D-printed creations.
